My experiences Advantage BMW have been great...Karen has been my customer service person a few times and she has been very nice and friendly in addition to helpful...always letting me know the status of my vehicle. The waiting area is even great..snacks, Wi-Fi and even convenient place to charge your phone while you wait...those few amenities make the wait time so short.
