Took my car in for service due (Oil chnage) I took my car in for an oil change/20,000miles service, it took just over 2 hrs. Overall everything was great except the wait time, I wish they had more loaners or try to keep oil change services to a max of 1 hour.
Great Service Experience I had a great experience with this dealership when I took my 328i in the other day. I originally brought it in because I was having an issue with the remote. The issue was quickly resolved and Jose offered to have the scheduled maintenance done the same day since I was already there. Jose scheduled for Josh to drop me off and work and schedule a pick up while my car was being worked on. The process was smooth and they were very nice and courteous. Will definitely be taking it here from now on.
Car Serviced I only go to this location because of the excellent customer service provided by Juan Maldonado! He does an outstanding job with getting you through the process in a expeditious manner!! He's very professional, keeps you abreast on the status of your car, and follows it through the process!

Service recall response for our BMW X-3 Every time we take our vehicle in for service, we are happy with the results. For us, it is absolutely service after the sale that will keep us coming back to purchase additional vehicles.
