Great customer Service I contacted BMW West Houston in reference to a used BMW X1 on a Saturday. (Had no idea I would be able to afford a BMW ) Vinnie was so understanding, he didn't make me feel like I was dealing with car a salesman. He took care of everything for me and by that following Tuesday I was riding off the lot with an affordable car note!. I've already recommended some friends to BMW West Houston.
