Bought car online Bought a BMW 435I convertible on line. Had a few bumps in the road but my salesman Milton handled everything very professionally and overall was a very good experience.

BMW West Customer Service is Excellent The Service Team is very professional and supportive. My Rep Tom Pham is very professional and courteous, he always keeps me posted and always seems glad to see me. When Tom is not available other representatives are glad to assist, I am very pleased with the service I receive.

problem w/my new bmw x3 and was well taken care of After buying my x3 about a month ago my coolant light came on. After repeatedly filling up the coolant bottle thingy, the light would go away but eventually come on again with shorter periods in between. I know nothing about cars. I just recently learned how to put coolant in. So when I ran into this problem I was super worried that with all my work stress, now I'd have to deal with car battles on top of it and pay an arm and a leg for it...I didn't.
