Great customer service What in to get an appraisal and walked out with a new car. Got every question I had answered.

Great service When I arrived for my service appointment the BMW systems were down nationwide so they couldn't access my car info electronically. Apparently the systems had been down all morning with no end in sight. My service advisor John Blevins was GREAT. He was upfront and told my about the system issues and let me know that it could possibly be a longer than normal wait time. Instead of having me wait indefinitely until the systems were back up he pulled the hard copy of my car warranty information from a few years ago ... read more
