New vehicle gets first check-up The service team at BMW of West Houston did a great job with my 2020 X3 M40i during its first service visit for its 10K mile oil change and inspection. It was the service experience that drew me to the dealership in the first place and led me to purchase the vehicle there, too.
Excellent Service I have bought a fews cars in past years with BMW West Houston and always have received excellent service all around. Every time I have called the dealership, my questions are always answered with professionalism and I feel that everyone is accommodating and hospitable. My salesman, L.R. Vela, has always been helpful and refers me to the right departments. When directed to finance, they were able to answer all my questions about my warranty and me help understand it all. Highly recommend!

To say 5 Star experience, is an understatement. I don't know where to start. Joanna, the my customer Service rep, was AMAZING!!!! The techs that worked on my daughters car, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The facility and ease of transaction; phenomenal and honestly - unlike any other I've experienced before. It was my first experience with this BMW dealer, and now it's the only one I'll work with if I can ever help it. Just amazing!!
Recent Car Purchase My purchasing process was fairly simple. My car salesman was kind and not pushy. My only complaint is that no one sat with me and explain to me all of the bells and whistles. Perhaps this is only done with new car sales. I purchased certified pre-owned.
Service Drop off my car for service my service advisor was very attentive.
Customer The only complaint I have is the loaner car was dirty inside and when my car was returned it had not been cleaned nor sanitized as was promised
Service Excellent service. My service manager Jose Maldonado is an extremely helpful, congenial and efficient person.
