Safe Distancing Service My 2018 BMW had a maintenance issue, Called BMWwest and; they picked up my car from my place of work, maintained it, kept me informed of every step and delivered back to where I was at the moment it was ready. Great service and communication from the BMW of West Houston team.
Fantastic service as always Car was to be seen for something small and dealership found a couple of areas of concern. One was a nail in the tire. David sorted out my tire warranty, had a new tire ordered and tire plugged so I could safely drive while awaiting the new tire. Tire came in next day and was replaced. So thankful that David and the team were concerned for not only how well my car drives, but my safety. Thank you so much for such care.
Maintenance of my car My maintenance supervisor was Mr. David McCormick. He did an excellent job of explaining maintenance requirements of my car. He was courteous and a real professional. I like BMW west for having professionals like David.
