Mario help me out I had a part extended warranty that had to be changed. One week before I knew the part was under warranty I had purchased the part from BMW. Long story short, Mario my maintenance person, had talk to the parts manager and was able to refund my money. Thank you Mario and thank you parts manager

I would recommend this BMW for service. The easiest way to tell if your BMW is going to be serviced correctly is to see how clean and organsized the shop is. This is a transparent service department, you can see the orderly shop clear as day. John Blevins I highly recommend in service. I trust very few shops as my X5 is a continuous cross country vehicle and need high confidence in reliability. I highly recommend BMW West Houston.
