"Fouls alarm" About a year ago, my wife took the car to the service dept. The car had a problem with the control driver seat adjustment. Remember the car is certified and the work falls into the maker warrantee plan. But because she is a female they charged my wife 140more dollars for the work. The seat control panel broke off again after just about 3 days of driving. Service rep. was Cassie Thadeus. "Best Dealership Ever" From the first phone call, to the signing of our documents, the customer service was incredible. Most impressive was Derek who sat in the car with us and told us every detail of operation and all the "bells and whistles" and how they function. Impressive! We'd go back to them again!

"My new BMW X5" Great experience from start to end. Kelly worked with me to identify the best vehicle for my needs. Only negative is with BMW not the dealer. My previous 2015 BMW X3 had a 4 year service deal covering not only oil changes but also brakes, wiper blades, etc. BMW has recently changed this to only 3 years and oil changes and fluids only. This almost made me think about other manufacturers. I guess this is a dumbying down of the brand.
