"Above and Beyond" Tom at Middleburg Heights BMW went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the long distance car buying experience. Tom was very prompt at answering every question I had and every quote (total and transport) request I made. Although another customer beat me to closing on this particular vehicle, the service I received was above and beyond.

"Great lease experience" I took my current lease vehicle in for service on 12/27 and I spoke with Nez about ending my lease early while I waited for the service to be completed. Nez and the team found me a new lease vehicle during that time and I was able to pick up it up on 12/30. 5 star service all the way around!
