"Looking to Upgrade" We've been going to BMW Westlake for several years. It's always been to service ours. Now and then we like to look for a new car and the personnel have always been more than helpful. This week, we took our car in for service and decided to look again for something new. "Service " Great communication and service, took the time to explain issues and dropped off loaner car at my work so I didn’t have to go out of my way.
"Service for new M4" Tom in parts and the whole service staff got a lot of things in for me on very short notice and have been incredibly accommodating.
"Knowledgeable staff" The staff were very knowledgeable about the features of current models and plans for the upcoming models. Sales (Nez Faraj) did not try to pressure me into purchasing 2019 model form the current stock. They respected my desire for a certain color/package so we ordered the 2020. Updates to my BMW's production status were communicated with me. Finance (Mike Niedzwiecki) worked quickly and efficiently. Enjoyed learning all the new features of the car with Dirk Steffen.
"Excellent service, beautiful car" Nez Faraj is a great salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions honestly. When we returned to purchase the car the transaction was quick and painless. The car was ready to go and the financing was an easy process. Nez is very personable and nice. And we got the price we wanted without a hassle!
