"Audi Q7" Travis was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and ended up purchasing he was attentive and answered any questions I had. I would deal with you in the future.
"Great experience" BMW Westlake and John Redden made this transaction very easy and very efficient. From day one John was incredibly responsive yet not pushy. He answered every question I had, and was very professional and pleasant to work with. He and one of their Geniuses even drove the vehicle down to Columbus for an in-person delivery - and with a full tank of gas. I am very pleased with the overall process and the high levels of customer service provided by John and the dealership.
