"Great Sales Experience" I can be a very inpatient person and appreciated how Jimmy (my salesperson) listened to my requests and provided me with exactly the information I needed to make a decision. No pressure - no "typical" sales type of stuff - just an honest, straight forward transaction. He also anticipated some features that he sensed I would like and that shows a good people sense on his part.

"Out-of-state purchase" I searched on-line for the car I wanted, and was not able to find it in the state of Michigan. Searching a bit farther out I saw a nice 3 series at BMW of Westlake. I contacted Jerry and he gave me more details about the car. A couple of days later my wife and I drove 3 hours to the dealership. Jerry had the car waiting inside, prepared and ready to go.
