"Brittaney Quick did a super job of keeping me informed..." Brittaney Quick did a super job of keeping me informed and up to date during this part shortage. When the needed parts arrived, she immediately contacted me and made an appointment to service the car and arranged for a loaner. After the car was serviced she explained in more detail the nature of the work performed. Brittaney was always very professional and courteous and answered all my question. I was very satisfied!
