He is very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests that I had. My first experience with BMW Westlake was for a new car purchase in March 2021. The experience was so good that I just purchased a second vehicle at the dealership in November. The process is always fair and there is no pressure. Excellent communication, great service, very professional and highly recommended.
