They are always timely, proactive, and stellar in their communications and while I don't ever enjoy going for service, they really do make it as painless as possible. Little warning though: I almost dinged them a star this time because that new-ish espresso/cappuccino/coffee maker brews the worst tasting liquid EVER. You can't even CALL it coffee. It is absolutely vile and I truly hope they go back to a Keurig or add a reminder in their service text reminders to br... read more

I called explaining the issue, stopped by to have someone take a look at the problem, and was able to have it fixed right away. I was even given a loaner for a short time as I was unable to stay. Top notch service!
