"Awesome experience" Tony my salesperson was a pleasure to work with. I was expecting to be treated like everyone's perception of a used car salesperson but he is totally opposite of what you have been told. He treated me like I was a very important person. "Great staff at Westlake BMW" I've been in and out of the Westlake BMW dealership several month as I zeroed in on the car we wanted. John was always available to answer our questions. I was in no hurry to buy the car but really appreciated not being pressured with calls. We also appreciated the time Nate spent with us going over the many features of car. "BMW Westlake takes care of you" I spent a lot of time looking for a new vehicle and at other dealerships including Jaguar, and Mercedes in the Cleveland Metro Area. "Out of state purchase" I purchased a Nissan GT-R and I live in Pa and had a trade in. I never bought a car with out seeing it.My salesman Travis Connor made the whole process very easy.
