"quick and easy purchase" always a pleasure working with ken basically told him what i wanted he sent me info on a car he brought it in from another dealership filled out paperwork and then went to westlake to turn my current bmw in and sign paperwork for my new car quick and easy. i was on my way home with my new car in under an hour.
"Just Purchased my 6th BMW from this Dealership" I have purchased 6 BMW's over the years from this Dealership. Each time I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of the staff at Westlake (Ganley) BMW. Everyone from Jim in the service center to Ken Delk my salesman to Mike in Finance to Justin the Techy, they all show great listening and communication skills. "2019 BMW 5 series" I called BMW of Westlake and told Jerry Mancini what I wanted a new 5 series ASAP. He called me back within 1 hour and gave me his best price without any b.s. The next day I came in to purchase my new 2019 BMW 5 series and Jerry handled everything so that I was in and out promptly with no issues. Jerry's character is of high quality and I look forward to buying from him in the future.
"Buying my CPO 3 series." I had been considering trading in my old three series for some time and emailed Jerry Mancini about a CPO three series that they had. I then went in for a test drive, but I was very partial to my old car. Coincidentally, my old car had to go in for a recall and Jerry arranged for me to get the 328 I was looking at for a loaner.
