"John Caruso made everything so easy" John was super helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole process fast and easy. He worked hard to make sure we had the best deal that we could, and gave us lots of advice on financing that was helpful. Nate was really helpful too in explaining how to use all of the features of the car in a comprehensive and easy to understand way.
"Fast, efficiency and friendly! John made it so easy. " I am in my 4th Bmw. Everyone makes the experience seamless and st my convenience. I have a hectic schedule and cannot imagine dealing with another dealersyeho puts their schedule first. The service staff is equally effiyand helpful.

"First Class " Jimmy and his entire team made me feel right at home. Although I was buying a used car (but my first BMW), I was made to feel as if I was the most important transaction he was working on. He treated me with respect and dignity. And when financing the deal got tricky he and the team got creative and it work. The experience was first class all the way. Thanks Jimmy for a beautiful car and an even more lovely customer experience!!! The only reason Jimmy gets a 5 star rating is because there weren’t six!

"Helped me understand my new car in 30 minutes!" Justin did a great job with the small amount of time he had as I was on constraints to be somewhere. I was 100% comfortable driving off the lot although I plan to get a refresher which he gladly agreed to anytime!
"First time BMW owner - John made me feel very comfortable!" I went in first just looking and a week later stopped in again. John was very "no pressure sales" and just gave me information on the choices and cars. I don't think he thought I had planned on buying a car that day but stuck with me for the hours I mingled around the dealership. In the end, I purchased an X5 and love it! Thanks so much.
"Outstanding!" My wife and I have bought our last 5 cars from Bob Strecker; first in Akron and then from Ganley. The crew at Ganley could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Ken was outstanding and Mike made the paperwork a breeze. It only took us 2 visits and we walked away with 2 cars. Neat and simple and 2 good deals.
