"Terrific service with my lease renewal" Received great service from the team at BMW of Westlake with my lease renewal. Chad was right on time with my appointment and we were able to get everything done in about an hour. Nate was very helpful going over the changes and new functions of the 2018 530xi - he really knows his stuff. Lastly, Mike was able to explain each document and the terms and couldn't believe how fast he was able to go through everything. Very pleasurable experience.

"Tony made it happen! " Short and sweet... was the process of leasing my 2018 3 series. I knew what I wanted... a 3 series x drive , white with some bells and whistles. I, of course, wanted a great deal! Tony found me the car ( a retired courtesy car) within an hour of our telephone conversation. We negotiated the final deal over the phone. "Great Experience; Excellent Customer Service" I am a continued returning customer because BMW of Westlake understands and accommodates what the customer needs are. Always have felt comfortable in the dealership as the staff takes it to another level by making it personal. The entire process from "just looking" to signature was amazingly simple and straightforward. Kudos to all.

"Knowledgeable staff!" BMW of Westlake offered the kind of cash incentives that make me want to sign my lease. Putrri Padbatan provided excellent knowledge and service throughout the selection, ordering and taking possession of my x4. I would certainly recommend this dealership to friends and family interested in a BMW.

"Excellent service dusing process of leasing my new BMW" The entire process, from turning in my 2016 BMW at lease end to selecting and taking delivery of my new 2019 BMW, was excellent in terms of service and making me feel like a valued customer. I had about a one week gap between lease end and delivery of my new car. BMW Westlake providedme with a great loaner until my car came in. The employee who went over all of the features of my new car was very knowledgeable and helpful in expaining of things work.

"Great experience at BMW of Westlake! Highly recommend!" BMW of Westlake has abundant inventory to choose. The experience there is quite different from other dealers. They do honest business. We just select the car we want, they make sure all incentives and bonus to us are applied and final price is fairly and clearly presented. Ken Delk is very responsible, knowledgable, and efficient. "BMW Westlake Lease Experience" Very smooth process. Took only one day to decide on the car and get the deal done. Courtesy X3 was clean, well maintained and loaded. Genius process was very helpful (even learned some things about my 528i). Lease process was very efficient and quick. In the car in less than 15 minutes. Thanks Jerry and Mike.
