"Excellent service " This is the second vehicle I have leased from BMW of Westlake. Both transactions were hassle free the salesman, Ken Delk, acted with integrity. I have used the service department with my previous vehicle, and have always been pleased with with them.

"GREAT............................" this is my second "BMW" car that I have leased from "BMW of Westlake". The first car was a 2016 5-series sedan. I have now leased a 2019 5-series sedan. Each time that I walk into the dealership, I am or was greeted as the number one customer. "Some really good people working there. " I bought an x3. Was supposed to pick it up Saturday. Was free Friday and the GM Adam agreed to get paperwork and car prepped that day. That is excellent customer service. Bob the sales manager was very good. So was the finance manager. "BMW of Westlake, purchased 2018 X3" Dealership experience was great. Quickly got help from a sales rep when I arrived. Helped me look at multiple vehicles and showed me the different features. Patiently helped me with multiple test drives to see how the different models felt. Once I decided on a vehicle, they walked me through all the finance options to make sure I fully understood.
