"Fabulous " My husband and I have followed Bob Strecker.from Akron to Middleburg Hts., to Westlake for the purchase of our vehicles. This was my first visit to Westlake. All of the employees could not of been more attentive, courteous, and polite. Bob paired us with Ken Delk whom we couldn't of been happier with. One week later we drove our new cars home. Westlake by far was the most pleasant car buying experience!

"Great experience" BMW of Westlake is a professional dealership. I found the transaction to be trouble free and pleasant. My sales person, Jerry Mancini was very friendly, attentive, and effective in helping me buy the car I wanted. After the sale Jerry continued to be attentive and responsive to my requests. I would definitely buy another car from BMW of Westlake and will give Jerry a call when I am ready to do so. I tend to be quite critical and not at all tolerant of sub par service. "Chads the man " I walked into bmw and Chad took care of me right away. Made the process very easy , I walked in and 6pm and walked about by 7pm with a new car. He even stayed late to help me get it all done
"Smooth, easy process" My wife's car lease expired and we needed to get her a new vehicle. The process was very smooth. She now has a new BMW X2.
"Buying BMW X1" Found the car online and went for a test drive. Jerry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying the car. After the purchase Jerry noticed a scratch on the windshield. He immediately took care of it and had it fixed during a subsequent visit. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Jerry Mancini to any family and friends.

They are very accommodating when it comes to appointment requests, and they went out of their way to help me find the perfect car for my taste and budget. All the little details are covered with this crew, and they make delivery a breeze. Honestly, I had such a good experience with my first lease that I didn't consider looking anywhere else. They are top notch!
"First BMW purchase" Referred to this dealership by a friend. My first car buying experience. Staff was excellent, very knowledgeable and courteous. I already knew what I was looking for and my time spent there was very efficient. Didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want and made every effort to meet my needs. "Buy your next car at Westlake BMW with Ken Delk" Just completed our second automobile transaction with Ken Delk. The overall visit was pleasantly comfortable and without any sales pressure.
