"Excellent Buying Experience" Jerry Mancini is a very attentive salesperson who really listens. I have never felt less pressure to purchase a vehicle. The finance experience was excellent as well. No hidden pressures to purchase warranties that make no sense. The BMW Genius (I believe his name is Dirk) was fantastic. This dealership really cares about customer service!

"Best experience ever had" Jimmy was exceptional in his dealing with me, a first time BMW buyer. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. I can honestly say I enjoyed the process from start to finish...including finance and Justin with his going over the many, many functions of my tenderly used new vehicle. "Excellent Service" This was the fastest car buying experience I've ever had. I told John I had tight time constraints and he set everything up on advance with the team so I was in and out with my new car in an hour. Nez was great with answering ANY question I had about the car, and because I picked up the car alone, he will deliver my old car to my house. I mean, that's the definition of going above and beyond on customer service. Highly recommend this dealership, and especially John Caruso. He is just excellent.
"Leasing experience has been very pleasant." The sale person was very knowledgeable, very professional and customer oriented. I traded in a badly damaged Lexus RX 400h due to an accident, which the sale person Ken Delk found the Lexus as being unsafe to drive. He offered a loaner and a reasonable price for the trade in. " Very good " First of all the dealership was very clean and new the sales people were very courteous and well informed about the vehicle. Chad Cyrus for being new to the sales team seemed very knowledgeable and knew how to treat customers in a very pleasant way. Doing the financial end of the deal was very quick and Mike was very good at what he does. At the walk around Nate was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. A lot to take in with all accessories on car .
