"Very professional experience. Did not waste my time" Puttri patiently showed multiple vehicles and explained the various features. She was efficient and extremely professional. She did not waste my time. Mike had everything ready when we came in to pick up the car. It was the most efficient experience I have had with a dealership. He explained some options to us. Nate was an outstanding product expert. His ability to walk thru the features was very helpful to early enjoyment of the vehicle.

"Jerry Mancini was wonderful to work with!" This car buying experience was the smoothest and most enjoyable one that we have had. (And we have purchased many cars over the years!) "Very Professional" Chad was very respectful of my time restraints, showing me only the model I was considering. The first car shown was exactly what I was looking for. I made my offer and within minutes we were shaking hands on the deal. Every phase of the purchase was expedited with professionalism. A wonderful dealership, honest, friendly, proficient. "Terrific buying experience " Buying my first BMW with John was a dream. I wanted to explore certified pre-owned vehicles and John patiently helped me go through what was available in my price range until we found the perfect car for me. "Very positive" A very positive and excellent experience. Putrii was very knowlegable and understood our needs. She worked with us on the deal which solidified the sale.. The finance manager Mike N. and Dirk, the product specialist were equally caring, understanding and helpful during and after the process.. "Great Customer Service" I purchased a 2015 certified pre-owned BMW 535i xdrive from the BMW Westlake location. I worked with John Caruso. The experience was seamless from the beginning to the end. Everyone at this dealership worked with me to get the deal done. My husband has also leased BMWs from this dealership and has had good experiences. We also service our BMWs at the Westlake location and the service department is top notch! Nice job across the board Westlake BMW! Thank you!

"Great experience" I came into the dealership on a tight schedule to meet Steve Mihalic regarding a car I'd looked at online. I found an alternative vehicle and was pleased to have everyone in the car purchasing process aware of, and working to get me through the process as fast as possible. Great experience, great people.
