"Best experience I ever had purchasing a new vehicle. " Westlake BMW provided a supportive and comfortable environment during the delivery of my new car. I felt like the entire staff was there just for me. I was greeted by the manager at the door and attended to throughout the process. Every employee from the manager and finance manager through the BMW genious was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend BMW if Westlake.

"Great car from a great dealership" John and Adam helped located the perfect X5 quickly - and had it delivered from Indiana in a few days. Dirk's walk-thru at delivery was excellent. "Awesome people" Purchased a 2011 Lotus Evora. Staff was very friendly and was able to tell me a lot about a pretty rare car. Actually enjoyed the experience of buying a car!! Go figure.

"Found my car on the web, got exactly what was advertised!!" 2014 BMW 428i AWD Convertible, I saw it on their website 5/23, texted them, was there the next day, 5/24, took a cruise through Westlake Ohio and purchased it that day. Incredible ride, less than 11,000 miles, a real eye catcher. Ken Delk was extremely professional and very helpful! Kudos to Justin as well for helping my wife understand all the electronics. I will definitely shop here again the next time I am looking for a beautiful car.

"CPO 2015 BMW X5" My wife and I drove 3+ hours from the Cincinnati/Dayton area to purchase a CPO 2015 BMW X5 on 5/12/18. Steve Mihalic arrived early at the dealership to accommodate our tight schedule/timeline; he and his team/colleagues were fantastic to work with and made the entire process quick and painless. The vehicle itself, of course, is amazing. My only issue is with some damage to the aluminum trim on the vehicle's interior that I feel should have been disclosed to me before my visit. "Top notch Customer Service!!!!" Greg went above and beyond to make sure that I was a stratified customer. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and Greg went and inspected the vehicle and verified that it was a non-smoker car. He provide all the information I needed on the vehicle in order for me to make the 300 mile trip for a vehicle. Greg is one of the nicest and honest salesman that I have ever dealt with. "Recall of 2018 X3" I had my 2018 X3 serviced last week by BMW of Westlake. It was easy to make the appointment and brought my car in a few days later. The customer service staff were very friendly and informative as to the nature of the fix and approximating the pick up time. As it turned out, they had my car repaired in about an hour and called to let me know it was ready for pick-up. It was one of the best "no-hassle" service repairs I have ever experienced!
