I don't normally go to Ganley BMW because the service was always bad, but today I needed to have new wiper blades and I didn't feel like driving to Dave Walter in Akron so I stopped by Ganley to try and get new windshield wiper blades. I was very kindly greeted at the front door, which is new!! I also was introduced to the new manager Frank Steffen. I'm glad my friend referred me to Andy! I would highly recommend seeing him if you are looking for a new car or SUV. From the detail guy (Sam) to the finance guy (Mike Hall) to the service advisor (Jim), everyone at Ganley made it a great experience for owning my first BMW.
scott was an excellent salesman. he knew the product well and answered all of our questions with professionalism and patience. he also took us for a test drive and let my wife drive the car and then she was completely sold on it. it was as good experience at ganleys. everyone was very nice.
There were difficulties learning to use a feature that was resolved after the necessary, but simple defiecency was exposed. The patience and resolve was appreciated.

John was fantastic throughout the entire process. He really dug deep as to what my needs were, both financially and from my car needs. I never felt pressured, was completely comfortable the entire time, and the service continued after the purchase with follow up from John. I would tell anybody that if they want GREAT service, GREAT prices, and a GREAT car, go see John at Ganley BMW!
Scott Bennet is a great person and a very good sales guy! I have done 3 or 4 car deals with him and his service and follow up is impeccable He has become a friend and I have referred him to at least 5 friends/family members..... Even when I didn't get a car from him he was polite and still remained friendly!
The experience was reflective of the vehicle I purchased. Very professional and engaged staff, including the general manager, salesperson and service department manager. The experience was respectful of my needs, they proviuded me with the all the facts and infomation I need to make a decision, then let me make my desision without pressure.
