My experience with Ganley BMW was fabulous. I bought a used vehicle sight unkseen and relied solely on the carfax & description by the sales Manager, Fred Palmer. It was exactly as described. I am very pleased with the vehicle, service, price, and friendliness of everyone in involved. They even picked me up at the airport, had the car fully detailed with a full tank of gas for my ride home. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
Let me start by saying that I like this brand and have had a few BMWs over the years. My friends and colleagues would probably refer to me as detail-oriented, picky or maybe a pain to deal with. This is my third vehicle from Ganley BMW having worked with Client Advisor, Ken Delk from the start. Ken is certainly knowledgeable about the brand, but my experience goes beyond that. If you are going to buy or lease a new or CPO BMW, THIS IS YOUR ONE STOP SHOP! I had my 04 X3 & 05 645CIC serviced here 100% of the time & would take them no where else, fair pricing & honest work....Enough Said. I Leased a 2011 335D about 5 months ago & it is nothing but a dream I avg 30mgp city & 37-40mpg highway!
