Had the best price of the dealers in my area. Ordering process was straight forward and all of the employees were polite and helpful. John returned calls in a timely fashion and kept me in the loop throughout the buying process. shawn took care of me despite the fact the beemer i ordered was snowed in chicago possibly up to a week. i told him i need my vehicle and he closed the sale with the service. he told me to just be at the dealership on the agreed upon date and he would take care of me. Joe Aina is very knowledgable in the mechanical aspects of BMW automobiles. He solved a mechanical problem that four other dealerships missed. The dealership was and is very courteous and responsive to my customer concerns.
