Being a resident of Pennsylvania, I was not able to physically touch/feel the vehicle prior to purchase. Brooks did his very best to ensure my comfort level. Enough so that I purchased the vehicle, unseen, this past Saturday November 5,2011. Overall a terrific experience. With a dealership and more importantly a client adviser I would recommend to a friend, family member, or anyone who is interested in a BMW. Thank you Brooks!
John is a great salesman. He goes above and beyond for us every time. We have leased several BMW's and other than the great BMW quality, John is the reason we purchase from Ganley. He does everything we ask in a timely manner. I feel he has our best interests at heart. Keep up the good work John!

Since the first time I contacted Ganley BMW for information regarding my 5 series bmw, the staff and Mr Strecker were very friendly and helpful. I went for a visit the next time and could not be more satisfied with all the details in their information and the way they do business.
They took great care of us since we entered the dealership and until walked out, I would recommend them to anyone, thank you. We needed to sign new papers and salesman drove to our house to do that, it is appreciated.
I am very satisfied with my experience at Ganley BMW. I purchased the 535i model. My salesperson, Ken Delk was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. He went over all details in how to operate the car, and answered all my questions. He made my car buying experience a pleasant one.
Incredible dealership ! Shawn is awesome to work with. I drove in from Michigan to buy my car here ! Very, very happy with my purchase ! I had been looking for a vehicle for over 5 weeks and had been to many dealerships. I walked away from many of them because of the poor customer service/salesperson. My experience with Ganley was much different. I would purchase another car from them!
This is the second car that I bought from Ganley BMW, having purchased an SUV in 2003. I have dealt almost exclusively over the last 8 years with Jim Strunk in the service department. Jim is funny, kind, genuine, and most of all honest. These are expensive cars which would imply that the people driving them have money but I have never felt that Jim has tried to take advantage of me or rip me off. It was the best experience in my life to work with the said employees at Ganley BMW. They were Knowledgeable of every aspect of my deal. I recommend to everybody to go to the said dealership to get a high line car. They are very patients too, even if the customer calls them for little details of they deal non stop, they promptly return the calls.
