Great Experience / Stress free! I recently bought a new BMW 328i from BMW of Dallas. My salesman, David Collinson, was great. He was patient as I asked many questions via e-mail before even showing up at the dealership. He explained everything thoroughly so that when I did go to the dealership the transaction was quick and stress free. In addition, David seems very geared toward providing a high level of customer service and was not pushy. In addition, I love the car so far!!!
Great Customer Service! My overall review with BMW of Dallas was an excellent experience! Robert Grisham did a awesome job! I found the car on line, and right a way contacted them and went to take a look at the car. I had already in mind that the whole buying process was going to take forever and all, but it was actually really quick! Robert was really capable of handling everything, without having me to worry about a thing. I would definitely recommend anyone to go buy your car at BWM of Dallas.
As good as you would want. I bought my 8th, 9th and 10th BMWs here recently, and Joe Yetzler is a good a sales rep as there is. I dealt very little with anyone else, except for one person in credit since two of the cars were on acquired on single pay leases. I have purchased cars from two different dealers before, one of which was good and one of which I wouldn't comment on. Joe and Dallas are, simply put, as good as you would want your dealer to be. Bought my Prius from BMW of Dallas Overall, my experience purchasing my 2010 Prius from BMW of Dallas Autonation was a good one. Shaun, the salesman, was very cooperative and helpful. The car was in excellent shape and was obviously well taken care of. Because this store was not a Toyota store, there was not as close a knowledge base on the systems of the Prius as one might expect from a factory dealer. Mini Cooper S Roadster Just purchased a new 2013 Mini Cooper S Roadster and I could not be happier with both the dealer and the car.
