Much to my surprise, I had a great experience Much to my surprise, I had a great buying experience. Some of the other high end Luxury car dealers can be a bit snooty, but that was not the case with BMW of Dallas. I was really happy with my buying experience. My sales guy David C. worked really hard to earn my business, and to make sure I was happy throughout the process.
Supporting Women! I just bought my first BMW Convertible after having driven the Lexus convertible for the last three years. I wasn't sure I would prefer it, but I absolutly do! I called all the BMW Dealerships looking for a woman sales person and BMW of Dallas has the only one! Know how to take care of the customer My salesman Chris Jurgens was great, didn't push me to buy a car. Told him I was comparing x5 to Mercedes 350 ML,offered to let me test drive the car for the day ( so did the Mercedes dealer) took the car for the after I was done he just asked me how I liked it and if I had any questions just ask, he never tried to sell me. Once I decided there was no hassle it took 5 min to agree on price and we were done,!!
Third car from BMW/Mini of Dallas I just purchased another vehicle from this dealership and could not be more pleased. Gary Aggas was the salesman on two of the cars and is a true professional: knowledgeable, courteous and works very hard to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. I mini car experience was overall great. I bought a new Mini Cooper S convertible from George did a great job of it . In about $1,000 of add-ons accessories . Happy I love my new Mini. They even put on new Union Jack mirror covers for me.
