Used Car Purchase Ryan Chong was excellent and very accommodating and caring. Was extremely disappointed in the additional $1000 in repairs I had to put in the vehicle in the 1st two weeks of owning the vehicle. Would definitely go to Ryan Chong and BMW of Dallas to purchase a new vehicle, but would never buy a used car from BMW of Dallas ever again.

Great experience This was by far the best dealership we have worked with. Joe Eckert was our salesperson and he was terrific. The finance department was also terrific. Everything went so quickly from start to finish we couldn't believe it . We would most definitely recommend this dealership and we will be coming back.
One Word...EXCELLENT I spent several weeks looking for a new car for my son. I was getting very frustrated...until I went to BMW of Dallas. I was greeted by Shaun Massiah, and he Wowed me with his professinalism, excellent customer service and his overall knowledge about the BMW 330i.
