Good for me Overall experience was good, but once i had some issue and i took my SUV for service. i waited for 1 hr then the front office came and said collision guys are not available after 12 noon. The service guy does not know this. And it was strange to hear that there are no car washes at this location. i do know in other location of BMW i can get my car wash done.

Best Care Buying Experience I am loving my 2011 328i purchased less than a week ago. This is my 1st BMW and so far I am extremely happy with the vehicle, the performance and the options.
