Overall excellent car buying experience! *OUT OF STATE BUYERS PLEASE READ* If you intend to purchase from this dealership, go in with the knowledge of your state's tax rate on car purchases. We got hosed out of a "tax credit" after hours of negotiating to get the price we wanted. At the last hour the finance guy came over and apologized that Oklahoma charges sales tax on cars and blah blah blah. Loving my new X3 I purchased a BMX X3 from BMW Dallas last week. The client advisor (Ryan) was absolutely excellent to work with. His product and inventory knowledge was impressive and his response time to emails and phone calls was fantastic. He was patient as I weighed my various options and was able to answer all of my questions efficiently. Even more impressive, he drove my new vehicle directly to my house, saving my wife and I the hassle of having to come back to dealership to pick it up.
Return customer, 2021 x3 About two months after I got my new 2021 X3, battery die, and had to 24hr. assistance to jump start my new car. Called Service Dept. and setup appointment. I took my new x3 in and service tech replaced the battery. so far working great. Overall experience was great, this is why I am a return customer.
