Quality service Time and again, BMW has delivered on quality service of a tricky issue related to rear air bags shock absorber issue. Kept the service cost very low, provided loan car for the entire service time and my car is good as new. By the way, ask for Jesse and you won?t regret it.
Dissatisfied service customer On an annual inspection in January 2020, I complained my trunk lid would occasionally not automatically raise or lower and was told the problem could not be duplicated but that a software update recalibration would fix it. On the next annual visit in January 2021, I said again that it would occasionally not work, so the faulty item was replaced. Repair and recall Service Jesse was our service representative and from the beginning made my wife and I very comfortable about leaving our car in his care. He talked us through the process and answered any questions we had. We added some additional items to take care of and he expedited the parts to allow us to bring the car home that same day. Courteous, knowledgable, and helpful he is an asset to your company.
