Excellence Superior service from the entire staff . They provide excellent service from the time you make an appointment to the time you pick up your car and drive it home. I?ve had 4 BMWs and this is why I keep coming back. Service is King!!!
BMW of Dallas I am now driving my fourth BMW from this dealership. Overall I have never had a problem with this business. Last week I did have a service issue. I had an appointment and waited 40 minutes upon arrival before I decided I needed to re-schedule. I was not happy, but once the problem was known they did everything they could to make up for this delay. They went above and beyond. Service on X5 I have the same service tech each time, Donna, she is very good and makes sure I am completely informed on everything.
Fantastic service!! I can?t recommend BMW of Dallas highly enough. I had some voluntary modifications made to my car. After an initial hiccup, everything was made right immediately on discovery and things could not have gone smoother. I highly recommend this dealer, and especially service tech Jesse (Jesus) and salesman Alejandro. Tire replacement We turned the car in at noon, and we picked it up the following day, late in the afternoon. It only required a tire replacement. What BMW dealership doesn't have a late model 540I tire in stock?
