Best Service Department on Lemmon Avenue I have had cars from two other high end dealers on Lemmon Avenue. BMW service department is by far the best. Pro-active communication while the car is with the service team and always very responsive. Joe is amazing!

BMW Dallas I brought in my i3 to get looked at after a very scary incident where the car lost power and decelerated on its own while we were on the highway. The service rep, Jesse, was very quick to act and assured me that he would do everything in his power to find the cause and assist in fixing the car. A warranty claim was approved to replace the high voltage batteries and the system software was updated. The car has been driving perfectly since then.
