Truly Satisfied I was very pleased with the care they took with my whole transaction at Bmw Dallas. I purchased one vehicle that had a issue before 30 days had gone bye and I didn?t feel comfortable with that vehicle so they allowed me to come back to the table and purchase another vehicle which was a lot later year and had excellent mileage on it. Thanks BMW of Dallas you have a customer for life.

Smooth Experience I am completely satisfied with my recent experience with BMW Dallas. I had an issue while driving from Houston TX to Dallas TX. I was able to secure an appointment on the same day. Service advisor Damieon was the absolute best . I commend him on his patience and answering questions sometimes having to repeat as I will at times ask the same questions, just to confirm we all are on the same page. Love my new BMW! It was a great experience! The car I was interested sold before I arrived, but there was the same vehicle being used as a loaner which was then approved for me to purchase. It was cleaned and made ready for me on the spot. They worked with my purchase needs as well and I am very pleased with my new car!
