Recall on my bmw 439 i grand coupe Parker and Andrew was a great help with my experience. My bmw came in for a recall and they made sure I was taking care of .. My only concern is that bmw not having loaner cars it was a big Inconvenience for me ? But my overall customers service and experience with mini bmw in Dallas was great !!!

Quality Car Dealership Great customer service, communication was great and repairs were done, plus extra service items were added at no charge.
Great sale, opposite service dept. They have a phenomenal sales and finance department. They're friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The service department though.....too long of a list to put how bad that department is. From the lowest level to the service manager. God forbid you need to get ahold of someone too. Jesus.
