1992 BMW 850 Owning a nearly 30 year old classic (and highly complex) car, only the most talented service shops can perform repairs. Vincent and Victor at BMW of Dallas fit this requirement. Their commitment to customer service and pride of workmanship were obvious. The car now performs as new. They and their technicians are a credit to the BMW brand.

Service on my X2 Joe Burke is wonderful to work with. He is honest, straight forward and has good follow up. I do think the customer service team can do a better job of looking into the history of the leased cars to minimize the number of trips need for bringing a car in to be serviced - especially during COVID restrictions. For instance, look at 90 days prior and post service date to see if any maintenance is going to come due?
