BMW Dallas A Service I had an issue that was on going and had to take my car in a couple of times. The service was subpar the first time and then I had to get in touch with the service manager and he definitely went above and beyond set me up with a new service rep and I was blown away with the customer service the second time around. It was a complete 360. I now believe the 1st visit after I purchased the car there was just a fluke, because I would definitely recommend them as top notch service.
regular maintenance In and out in one day. Loan car and service as expected. My car returned a lot cleaner after the work. Much appreciated after the recent winter storm.
