BMW Service Experience I was in last week to have some maintenance work done on my car. Not only was my car taken care of wonderfully and in a timely manner, I received the best customer service I could ask for. Tim Bennett always takes care of my service and repair needs and ALWAYS manages to make me feel as if I'm the only customer he has. He is thorough, honest, and treats his customers like family. Service after emergency Used BMW emergency feature, connected and had a wrecker to the car in 30 minutes, towed to dealership. Immediately, met with service representative. Arranged for a loaner car and had the car ready to go in 24 hours. Donna was the best.
