Dallas BMW Mini Service Jesse Salinas is a great service tech. Very thorough explanation of the recall service performed and results of the courtesy inspection. Friendly too! The facility is under construction; thus the three star rating there.
BMW of Dallas The salesman Joe Eckart was great!!!! He helped us find a great car at a great rate. We haven't had a car buying experience as smooth as this one ever. Joe was very helpful. Randy the finance manager was great as well. I would recommend BMW of Dallas to all of my friends. Thanks guys for that great experience!!!!
Air Bag Replacement Brought car in for air bag recall. Scheduling was easy, customer service was great and job was done quickly.
Awesome salesman & customer service! Gary Aggas is an awesome salesman, he took the time to explain my car options, when I went to pick up the car he made sure it was clean, he took the time to go over everything in the car. Gary is friendly and takes his job serious. One thing I’ve never liked in a salesman is when they’re pushy, Gary wasn’t pushy and made the entire experience comfortable. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealer just because of Gary.

BMW DALLAS WAS AMAZING For Oscar to be young and just starting out, he was TOP NOTCH through this process for me! I’ve always wanted a BMW and never thought I could afford it. I was scared making such a big purchase as a single woman and he along with Tarah were exceptional through this process. I drove 3 hours to pick up my car and it was smooth sailing!!
M4 State inspection The facilities are under remodeling but did not affect attentive employees and the service representative was excellent.

Used BMW M3 Purchase Overall the process went very smoothly. Minor frustration that it seems the vehicle was not inspected for repairs prior to the deal being done. I had an independent mechanic look at the vehicle and find 3 minor issues with it. AutoNation did take the vehicle back and fixed the issues very quickly. It just took extra time and driving as I do not live close to the facility. Outside of this headache, the process was excellent. Great Customer Service I'm not a fan of car shopping, especially when it comes to purchase time, but we had such a great experience at this dealership.
