Service Review 080918 My service representative Parker did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process.
BMW Mini on Lemmon I had a great experience at this dealership. They were very honest. Did the work as covered by warranty at no charge and even washed the car and topped off the air and windshield wiper fluid. And they were able to return my car in the same day. Jesse is the best and really went over and above on customer service. The overall experience felt very personal and customized.

No drama, no hastle, good service It has been eight years since I have purchased a new car. This is my 4th BMW and I couldn't be more pleased with the dealer and the car. I didn't feel pressure and this dealer didn't play car dealer games.
Car service The lounge was a little lacking but if I understood correctly you’re renovating the BMW side so it seemed a little crowded. Other than that the service was great.
