"Very pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle." My client advisor, Mr. Lonnie Overby was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and the sale process. He made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions. He provided a few vehicles to test drive so that we could be sure of the model we wanted. Once we agreed on the car and price. "Great Experience op" My Saleperson, Kan Zhou, provided me with a great purchasing experience. His customer service was first rate. We quickly agreed on price. We quickly closed the deal from first meeting to car delivery in 3 days, as he promised. My dealing with the finance people, particularly Anthony Lucas, was also a very good experience. This is where I spent the longest time. Mr. Lucas was fair and did the best that he could in working things out on the extended warranties.

"Great customer service!!!" This dealership was great and easy to deal with above all Scott Sohn went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his expert advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. Allen (Finance Manager) so quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Scott in particular to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
