I truly appreciate all that Ron has done to ensure my satisfaction. I did not give him an easy way to go yet he has been consistently fair, professional, patient, and gracious throughout. Eric was amazing! This was my first vehicle purchase in over 12 years so I was a little nervous. However, Eric was highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I didn't feel overly pressured to make a sale. He gave me time to think through my decision. Even after the purchase, he assisted me in getting batteries for my key fob and arranged to put the plates on. He has great customer service skills and I would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to make a purchase!
