The worst car buying experience of my life---- by a mile, and I have bought lots of new cars. Actually, the worst experience buying anything. I did the paperwork to buy a new 2023 BMW 530i from this dealership a couple of weeks prior, had to wait for it to come in, had signed the paperwork, gave them my check. Very nice salesperson.
