Nate was amazing! I scheduled an appointment for Friday 12/30 to test drive an X3, not expecting to lease the car same day. He was not pushy, very transparent, attentive and personable. My previous vehicle was a RAV4 and switching over to the X3 was a great upgrade, but it is a learning in familiarizing myself with the controls.
