BMW of Silver Spring was ON POINT! !! I Just purchased a used JCW Mini Cooper Convertible and the experience could not have been better. Steve and the entire team are pros and dealt with everything quickly and professionally. Normally I dread dealing with car dealerships. Not BMW of Silver Spring. Looking forward to my next car purchase with them!!!

I had an incredible experience with Steven Roumeliotis at BMW of Silver Spring. He was able to point me in the right direction for finding a really nice used car. He made the whole car buying process very easy to understand for a first time buyer like myself.

It was a lengthy process ordering my car from BMW and having to wait to receive it. But i had the most awesome team memeber from the BMW of Silver Spring, Ms. Karen Herbert, who kept me in the loop with updates everytime until the car finally arrived. She sent me pictures and was as excited as i was. Thank you Ms. Karen, thank you BMW of silver spring for the swift process and handing me my keys to the car.

I bought a car from Eric at BMW of Silver Spring, I had just been to BMW of Faifaix earlier, what a difference in treatment of their customers!! Very happy with both my car purchase and the Professional treatment from Eric, the finance mgr and the entire crew!! Please ask for Eric!! I live in Virgina but now I am a BMW of Silver Spring customer!! Worth the drive.

Just worked with Scott in the purchase of a BMW. He was very knowledgeable, patient and a true professional. He took the time to explain in details from our first visit. I came to this dealership to merely test drive the bmw x4, but left with a brand new car! Ron was great and helped walk through the different features and functions of the vehicle. He also made sure the car was properly cleaned and set up before I drove off the lot! I appreciated all of Ron’s efforts. I am now driving my dream car and so happy with my purchase.
