Outstanding service from start to finish , if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle this is the place to go. Robert and Gen took care of me , both we’re very knowledgeable and transparent. The paperwork process was fairly easy they made sure i knew exactly what to expect out of the deal. Coming from a Happy X3 buying customer the 4 hour ride to Silver Spring BMW was worth every minute of the way :D Thank You.

Very pleased with knowledge and courtesy of Desirea. She understood my need for make and model of vehicle and suggested best approach. Requests for information were timely and it facilitated the check out process. Very courteous explaining basic functions of vehicle. The meeting with finance manager went equally fast. Very pleased overall.

Khan sold me my first BMW and I’m happy with the results. He even helped get me set up before I left the lot. Gen is a financial manager there and he helped me upgrade my vehicle and he throughly explained everything to me. I really appreciated my experience.
